END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
THESE TERMS ARE EFFECTIVE AS OF FEBRUARY 20, 2024.
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and PlaySphere Studios, Inc., including its affiliates (“Company”), governing your use of the Runner Runner mobile application (“Licensed Application”).
The Licensed Application is licensed, not sold, to you, and is subject to the terms of this Agreement and Apple’s App Store Usage Rules.
1. SCOPE OF LICENSE
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and Apple’s Usage Rules, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Licensed Application on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or make the Licensed Application available to any third party. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Company.
2. VIRTUAL WALLET, COINS, AND IN-GAME ITEMS
Runner Runner includes virtual coins, credits, points, power-ups, and wallet balances (“Virtual Items”).
Virtual Items have no cash value, are not legal tender, and do not constitute real-world money or stored value. Virtual Items may only be used within the Licensed Application and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the Licensed Application.
Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, reset, or eliminate Virtual Items or wallet balances at any time, with or without notice.
3. SKILL-BASED GAMEPLAY AND EVENTS
Runner Runner is a skill-based game. Outcomes in gameplay, competitions, and events are determined by player skill, reaction time, and in-game performance.
Participation in any leaderboard, challenge, or event does not guarantee placement, rewards, prizes, or payouts. Company may impose eligibility requirements, geographic restrictions, verification procedures, or event-specific rules at its sole discretion.
Company’s determinations regarding gameplay, scoring, and outcomes are final.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND VIP ACCESS
Runner Runner offers optional paid subscription plans that provide access to premium features and benefits, including access to VIP sections, bonus coins, power-ups, and other features not available during general gameplay (“Subscription”).
Available subscription options may include:
- A monthly subscription billed at USD $19.99 per month
- An annual subscription billed at USD $199.99 per year
Subscription benefits are available only while the subscription remains active and may change from time to time at Company’s discretion, subject to Apple policies.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Apple manages all subscription billing, payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. Company does not have access to your payment information and cannot modify or cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Apple ID account settings on your device: Open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Runner Runner, and follow the cancellation instructions.
Deleting the Licensed Application does not cancel an active subscription.
Subscription pricing, duration, benefits, and renewal terms are displayed at the point of purchase and may be updated as permitted by Apple policies.
5. NO GUARANTEE OF WINNINGS OR PRIZES
Company makes no guarantee that any User will receive winnings, rewards, prizes, or payouts.
Prizes and rewards may be subject to verification, eligibility requirements, technical limitations, availability, and event-specific terms. Company reserves the right to substitute prizes, delay fulfillment, or cancel events when necessary.
6. FRAUD, ABUSE, AND FORFEITURE
Users may not exploit bugs, glitches, automation, bots, scripts, emulators, or any unintended mechanics of the Licensed Application. Users may not manipulate leaderboards, create multiple accounts for advantage, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate violations, suspend or terminate accounts, disqualify users from events, reset wallets or Virtual Items, and forfeit rewards or balances without compensation.
7. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
Company may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Licensed Application at any time, with or without notice, for violation of this Agreement, suspected fraud, abuse, or for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Upon termination, your license will immediately cease, and any Virtual Items or subscription benefits may be forfeited without compensation.
8. NO WARRANTY
THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE LICENSED APPLICATION.
COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS (USD $50), OR THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Licensed Application shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law or eligible for small claims court.
Users waive the right to participate in class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings. Arbitration shall not be consolidated with claims of other users.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Where arbitration is not applicable, exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.
12. APPLE TERMS
This Agreement is between you and Company, not Apple Inc.
Apple is not responsible for maintenance or support of the Licensed Application. Apple has no warranty obligations and is not liable for any claims arising from the Licensed Application.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you.
13. EXPORT COMPLIANCE
You may not use or export the Licensed Application except as authorized by United States law and applicable export regulations.
14.MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT
Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Licensed Application constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

9. How are Cash and Prizes Distributed?
Runner Runner offers players the opportunity to win cash and exciting prizes through contests. No purchase is necessary to win. Simply visit the Avatar Profile Settings on the Runner Runner home page to input your CashApp or PayPal ID, along with essential details like your name, email address, and phone number. Your information is crucial for winning, but please be aware that PlaySphere Studios, the creator of Runner Runner, will never request your passwords. Never disclose your passwords to anyone.
If you reside in a region where CashApp and PayPal are restricted, fret not! We’re delighted to arrange a Western Union or other money service transfer that is available to ensure you receive your cash prize.
PlaySphere Studios delivers prizes using Amazon and Walmart shipping services. Prizes are selected randomly and can range from stylish mugs to impressive 65” flat screen TVs! Make sure to complete your Profile Settings with your contact information to include your name, phone number and email address so we can easily get in touch with you.
10. Social Media Postings:
You agree to allow PlaySphere Studios, Inc., and its Runner Runner game to post on social media, or for the purpose of advertising Runner Runner any winnings that you receive to include, but not limited to: cash payments by electronic delivery systems, Western Union money transfers, or any other form of cash or credit payment, and any and all prizes sent to you that you redeem. You also agree to confirm by photo or video the receipt of said cash and prizes for PlaySphere Studios, Inc., and Runner Runner to post online however we see fit.
